Role Overview: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Inclusion Teacher to join our team and work with our students who have special needs (SEN). The successful candidate will work under the direction of the Head of Inclusion to provide specialized support and guidance to students with SEN in grades 6-12. This role involves collaborating with teachers, parents, and external support services to develop and implement tailored learning plans that meet the unique needs of each student. Exceptional CPD opportunities are available to all teachers including the NPQML, NPQSL and NPQH.
To be considered for the role you must have:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Special Education OR PGCE or equivalent qualification in Education and a SEN Diploma
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in SEN teaching
- A clean enhanced Disclosure and Barring Services check or police check
- Candidates with a background in Mathematics will be prioritized
